Clearwater Consulting Concepts, in collaboration with New Image Foundation and the U.S. Virgin Islands Small Business Development Center, is delighted to have sponsored the introduction of The R Factor life skills training to the U.S. Virgin Islands community. The R Factor concepts and presentation was met with a resounding response.
On May 13th a three hour workshop was presented by Tim Kight, author of The R Factor and President of Focus3, to introduce The R Factor life skills and principles to an audience of over 40 attendees. The attendees described what they learned with comments such as: “profound” … “life changing” … “exceeded expectations”.
The following week, half of the workshop attendees chose to immediately receive three full days of complimentary “Train the Trainer” in-depth instruction to facilitate applying The R Factor life skills and principles in their workplace, community service organizations, university departments and government agencies. These intensive three days of training ended with such heartfelt appreciation that nobody could hold back tears in their eyes for the tremendously valuable and powerful methods they had learned to improve their interactions and relationships with people in all aspects of their work lives and personal lives.
